Client Objectives Following the success of his first practice in Bexley, Dr Olubunmi aimed to establish a second, state-of-the-art dental practice. His vision was to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in a modern, purpose-built environment that would set a new benchmark in the Orpington area.

Our Role Excel Building Contractors were appointed to deliver the full design and fit-out of this squat practice. We collaborated with Eclipse Dental Engineering to ensure seamless integration between the architectural design and specialist dental equipment. Our team handled every element—from planning and layout to finishes and final delivery—creating a sleek, efficient, and welcoming clinical space.
