Client Objectives Dr Mirza wanted to create a pioneering hybrid practice that combined general dentistry with a dedicated oral surgery service. Her vision was for a future-facing centre capable of evolving into Birmingham’s premier implant and surgical facility.

Our Role Excel were engaged for full design and build delivery. The 200 sq.m Georgian site was transformed to include two oral surgery theatres, a standard surgery, recovery suites, a fully equipped dental lab, decontamination room, and sluice facilities. Our team worked closely with the equipment supplier to integrate state-of-the-art clinical technology while preserving the building’s historic character.

Project Outcome Ora Dental is now a benchmark for how heritage architecture can house modern clinical excellence. Designed with future expansion in mind, the practice balances sophistication with function—an ideal showcase of our strategic project management and specialist build expertise.
