Client Objectives Dr Renton sought to relocate her existing practice to a much larger premises and create a purpose-designed dental centre that matched the ethos of her practice—quality care in a beautifully considered environment.

Our Role Excel Building Contractors were brought in at the earliest stages to provide full design and build support. The three-storey premises was transformed into a high-specification practice featuring five surgeries, a CBCT room, two decontamination suites, TCO room, training facilities, and spacious staff areas. We also designed and supplied all bespoke cabinetry through our in-house healthcare joinery partners, ensuring design consistency and function across all clinical and non-clinical areas.

Project Outcome From 65-inch ceiling-mounted TVs to custom staff kitchenettes, every detail was curated with patient and staff experience in mind. This project is a showcase of how a fully managed build can be delivered from concept to completion, blending operational functionality with premium aesthetics.
