Client Objectives Having worked with us previously on their Twickenham practice, Dr Zaidi and Dr Khalid sought to open a second practice in a space-constrained and logistically challenging location on a busy high street. Their vision was to replicate their brand’s focus on bespoke, affordable care within a compact footprint.

Our Role Excel provided full design and build services, with layout and space efficiency being key to the project. Our in-house architectural designer developed a layout that maximised functionality within just 95 sq.m. Out-of-hours construction was planned and executed to mitigate the lack of access and minimise disruption. Despite logistical hurdles, the project was delivered on time and on budget.

Project Outcome The Tooting site successfully expanded W Dental’s reach while maintaining their clinical quality and patient-first ethos. This case illustrates our ability to deliver under constraints without compromising on quality or vision.
